Staid!/............By Sami Khalil
( A vision of permanence...Perhaps heaven...)

)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Beneath stars in flight of fancy
Regardless of man's marked time
Peerless upon magical sunset flee
I skirted a night vision; sublime

Perhaps heaven dropped a veil
Where seamless parapets meet
Somewhere along allures of runes
Echoes gave my mantic pen a beat

My heart's trill... softly fluttered
Upon sunlight's brawn, phantom's blue
Vivid connotations of the book, a staid
Faces besmeared... doted; I never knew.

With every whisper, hearts do tremble
Marking sunrises, fading into the sunsets
Rose-filled hopes gladdening many lovers
Skirting  their visions without any bets.

Sami Khalil,
"Staid" is a mystic and inner vision, beautiful, known but without words.
It seemed, it felt, like a glimpse into a place where the soul's heart could just run and laugh and sing.
Love this!
My heart's trill... softly fluttered upon sunlight's brawn, phantom's blue. vivid connotations of the book, a staid races besmeared... doted' I never knew.
Here is a powerful song..
With every whisper, hearts do tremble, marking sunrises, fading into the sunsets. Rose-filled hopes gladdening many lovers; skirting their visions without any bets.
I was just taken with your beautiful words.
Thankful for poetry like this.
Blessings,
Kathy

Humans have been known to fall to their knees from the crushing awe of this thing we're working
through.
The everlasting power of love, the terrifying majesty of the heavens and bewildering incomprehensibility of God, sometimes combine to overwhelm us in a tsunami of emotion.
"Staid," however, offers a lovely reassuring refuge--and contains its own best review: "sublime."
Thank you, Sami!

Its beauty and flow make me wonder,
Sky with stars in night seems heavens Chadar...

Great imaginary Sir.....

When we take all of the beautiful natural things we are privileged to see on this earth that God has created for fallen man, just think of the beauty that He has for us in Heaven. I do not think our earthly eyes could bear the sight. Valentine

the only permanence would be heaven....nature will survive, but we won't ...we have rose colored hopes as lovers, but the reality is...our hearts continually tremble with fear...
nature is staid and true and lasting...

I skirted a night vision; sublime
Here I see the poet as too clever to use the metaphor of real heaven on earth is within the cradle of lovers irrespective of the stage of love, current or past love, night vision sublime with great heavenly veil, let me try to kill the poem purpose fully, these type of love is only in writer's mind, or writer is so jealous some lucky individuals in the world enjoying heavenly love, do not want to kill your writing, just dissected it after general anesthesia and stitched it back, so poem is still intact for other readers

Gorgeous nature poem with all the write words to fill you with the joy and wonder you get when appreciating such magnificent beauty of which GOD himself is the original painter and the picture you chose allows you to relate to the little boy and what he is seeing with the same innocence. I'm taking this one...to my library.
