FragmentsA Poem by VisonzOfDystopiaA short poem about a relationship breakdown.
Finding solace in her madness,
reflecting times under cosmic skies. Where stars align, synergise with our gothic minds. Beauty radiant, solar kissing off a blackened Earth, gilded tongue she speak passionate with every verse, mumbled words cast a spell like a whispered curse way she swerve throw a rose on my lowered hearse. Consoling hurt, esoteric in her portrait, divinity brush strokes couldn't portray. Physical cease, she fade to black as an apparition reminiscing, playin' host to these phantom visions same derision, paint her frame through a jaded prism. Canvas stained, splash my page with a grave incision. Her blade caressed with fatal precision. Unstable conditions got me spinnin' off my axis, Piece myself together pullin' ashes from the fragments. Left murmuring the captions to memories captured, polaroid backdrops that descend into blackness. © 2018 VisonzOfDystopia |
