In the corner of my mind

In the corner of my mind

A Poem by Dahlia

Trapped inside these four stretched walls,
Lies the answer.
It's a lonely walk to each corner,
Searching inconclusively for something
Someone, to weave together the broken pieces of my past.
Exhausted, I lay down.
I give up..
Not entirely, For in the corner of my mind,
Locked tightly away from my consciousness,
Holds the glistening key of hope.
A glimmer, a fraction of a second,
Is enough to silence the chaotic mess,
That roots itself so deeply in my mind.

A amazing poem. The mind can hide things and they can reappear.
"Searching inconclusively for something
Someone, to weave together the broken pieces of my past. "
The above lines I liked and I understood. Some puzzles are missing pieces. Can't be repaired. Thank you Dahlia for sharing the amazing poetry.
