in the intricate root systems

at Your feet.

the darkness can haunt me and the night

Kinda very fascinating. "Seeking You Always" sounds pretty suspenseful imagery that has its own way to capitalize things around. It's 'bout one love that's being lost & metaphor's lover's being craved to find him... no matter what. I like the plotting of your story. Great job!

Beautiful nature imagery mixed with a stark and desperate longing that just ups the beauty ten fold. I found the capitalization of the "You" quite interesting...making the "you" a proper person without making him/her a person. Nice addition. Well done.

I wish I could offer some critical analysis, but honestly, I've reread the thing a few times and I just find myself enjoying it. Very much enjoyed the tree/forestry imagery, good work all and all.
