Cruise Control

Cruise Control

A Poem by saratogaparty

That’s it steady now

Cruise control
Better watch your
step

Lavender trees
Waving as we pass
And pass and
Pass through

We’re just passing
Through

Do not pass
Deer ahead
Safety corridor
Warning:
Flash flood
Stop?stop?

Don’t stop.

You are now exiting
The land of the
enchanted

“Good luck”
She said

Good luck

Cruise control
That’s it steady now
Better watch your
Step.

Just enough to get a picture and vague enough to fill in the spaces. Great job.
