I really like this one person ...

I look into your eyes

You look into mine

Everything seems to be just fine

 

There for a moment..

Time slowed down.

Your beautiful blue eyes

Bright and make me flinch

So I look down

Embarrasses, of course.

 

But, it doesn't matter to you, does it?

Then I look back up...

Too late, the moment is gone

and I wish I'd leaned into kiss you

 

It doesn't matter though.

Because just knowing you like me...

Makes me happy.

Becuase I never knew a guy like you,

Could like a girl like me.

 

So wait for me, luv.

So then we could have eternity together...

If everything worked out.

 

Then we could hold hands for forever

and walk along and not care what other people think...

If It could be just you and me.

I like someone but, I just got out of a relationship but, me and this person have liked each other for a long time so, it's so complicated trying to figure out what we're gonna do.

p.s. as for the relationship, I would say go for it, You like him that much is obvious, and if he really likes you he will understand if your not completely over your ex.. Let me now how it goes :D

I agree with loowzerX be with that someone, If you've liked each other for a long time. I understand its complicated, but, be with them, if they like you and you like them, there shouldn't be anything wrong right?

Screw complicated..just go be with this someone. the past is the past. the present is now ie go on, start a new rel if you're ready to move on from ur ex.
I like this poem very much. I think it's very effective and quite emotional, and I know what you mean with the whole attitude of not caring what people think and all that. :)
