It's those sily little quips which apear in our head. Such as fireflies as a kid. It's fun just catching them as to the notions we pen. YES!!! A better time, when we didn't feel the need to document our thoughts or what our food looked like and when we made real friends and liking something was a feeling, not a button.

Agreed! I was just discussing with someone how before video games we would spend hours into the evening all us neighborhood kids v playing "kick the can". I remember 20 years ago I told my wife I wanted nothing to do with computers and now I'm the biggest techie yet, I always try to balance life with natural things. Thank you so much for an insightful chat here at my regular table in the Writerscafe.

That was wonderful.. I liked the last line. We do struggle to move along with the speed of technology.. Once we achieve that.. it's difficult to go back in time.. that is to the the time when we could do without the tech!

Thank you and I agree. Although, here I was trying to relate in that final verse is how people such as us poets and writers tend to drift off in far away places on a regular basis in our newly discovered notions about our next write. Thank you again.
