a small crime (a lifetime)

a small crime (a lifetime)

A Poem by shane
"

well inspired kinda by a movie and a friends relationship ending

"

Tear me up, throw me out

Leave me to waste

I got no excuse but I can’t stay in this place

And now, I cant go back

Your not there anymore

And this house now,

Is nothing more than a home

Chorus:

My small crime has left me a lifetime punishment

Is it too much to wish to be ‘just friends’

I won’t forget you

I won’t forget you

And I forgot her but I won’t forget you I swear

Hang me up, cut me down

Leave me to suffer

Take me back, make me smile

Press your lips close to mine

Change of heart, you were wrong

You tell me it was the last time

The last kiss

Chorus:

My small crime has left me a lifetime punishment

Is it too much to wish to be ‘just friends’

I won’t forget you

I won’t forget you

And I forgot her but I won’t forget you I swear

And these eye’s cry, I cant control it

And this smile lies when I say I’m moving on

I can’t forget you

I can’t forget you

I can’t forget you

But its better if you forget me
