Seaside Suicide

Seaside Suicide

A Poem by serpent

"Dream me delicate dear,

I am merely a man made of dust,

sand, dressed as castles"

Green leaves and blue flames,

a long road with no name,

mermaid's serenade songs of desires,

the clown's soul being set on fire.

Held to solemn shores

tears becoming troubled tides

romancing during the sunset

a seaside suicide.

...
. philosophically speaking, i wouldn't romanticize about suicidal thoughts as they are irrefutably debilitating ... writing-wise, this is a fine piece of writing ... very high on technique ... quite an ode to brevity ...
