Crumbled

Crumbled

A Poem by peacebeyondpassion

Standing on pedestal
In my mind you were
This vision
Intelligent
Comforting
Strong....

Standing on pedestal
Godess inspired
I created
Dismissing other
Angels who promised bliss.

Hallucinogens
You inhale
Pedestal crumbling
Topples over
As I immerse myself in
Things past
Feeling uneasy
Heavy
Spririt crying for you
Now....

Golden rays of
Light
Circle your head
No more....
Pedestal no longer
In sight.
Vision I created
No longer
Truth...
Bliss replaced
By chaos
Rage filled eyes
Saddend.
Pedestal
Crumbled.

About
I have been writing since I have been able to spell. Over the years I've taken my own tone, gathered my own thoughts about life, love and the pursuit of happiness. What I feel I either write it down.. more..
