My mother (Poem)

As brave as a lion, and as sweet as a rose

As caring as angels, and as hardworking as a machine

My mother...

From carrying me in her womb, to helping me walk and talk

Feeding me by her hand, picking my clothes out, and going wherever I go

That's my mother

And when I get older, happily supporting me in every step I take

Tolerating my teen tantrums and helping me solve my problems

My mother again

Letting me rest my head on her lap when I feel sad or lonely

Being my best friend forever

You know who she is...

Not judging me for who I am

And working 24/7 without any breaks

My dear mother...
