*White Lies*

She:

"I have to hide

the truth inside.

For now i know

it's wrong to show...

 

For i have seen

the path you've been.

And i can't help them

build that wall,

so that you cannot pass

at all''.

 

He:

"Love has turned

her back on you.

I have to lie

for all that's true.

I have to fake

to make you break

that narrow rule

and stop being cruel.''

 

She:

"I have to veil

your marine eyes.

trying to save you

with white lies.

Trying to hurt

the less i can,

but not deceiving,

a wise plan..''

 

He:

"Please,

do not think

of asking why...

I'd answer

with another lie.''
