I am elated is just not the word to express,
For fruits of our love has been showered to impress,
How I smile when you say our son looks like me,
To me he is all you and the love we had is what I see!
Everyday seems new and long missed one with you!
For precious darling has taken them most leaving a few!
This second phase of love is new, joyous and true,
For we've expanded and now form a family crew!
Flashbacks of labor creeps into your mind,
To me your support throughout was extremely kind!
