Patagonia Lithia

Patagonia Lithia

A Poem by Shalini Dinesh (Poet's World)

The night shined brighter than ever,
The touch of the icy cool breeze,
Triggered my soul and made me freeze,
Looking straight, I saw her there…

Silky, smooth, toned, lean long legs,
Shinning in dim light nearly ready to impress,
She looked lovely in Patagonia Lithia dress
In satin black to fit her perfect carved figure…

The thin strand tied around her neck,
Wishing to be that lacy knot around her waist
To hold her near I was in such haste,
Oh my lady so beauteous and fair!

My heart pounded in every flare of her dress,
She walked near and oh! I skipped a beat,
The single kiss in icy breeze transferred heat,
Each day so fresh and new, she makes it anew….

**Patagonia Lithia- its a kind of women clothing..

Very nice. I like that the clothing was only referenced in brief, yet it had a big part of the actual poem. Nice work.

Beautiful. This is a softly moving, richly woven work that bring to light the heart and mind to love.. That heart pounding sense of the world come alive in the life of another.

Such a romantic poem. Nice use of imagery. It has such an effect that I felt my heart beat fast, too. Nice Job.
