Alaskabound

Alaskabound

A Poem by Connor

to crawl along the road
newborn, and excited
to venture into deepest fear
blows of the sea spray
on tanned cheekbones
to crawl along the rocks
lookouts of the foaming wave
to spread belief and to touch
to inspire and indulge
to feed off of the most primal
of instinct, the most innocent
of emotion. to let oneself
fall into the wild, and live
as meant to live.
