At First Sight

They saw each other across the room.

She loved his smile.

He loved her eyes.

They had not exchanged a single word,

but they knew they were in love.

Their souls had spoken

to one another.

It was love at first sight.

Everyone knew of their love,

but they knew it couldn't be.

Their hearts belonged to each other,

yet their bodies belonged to another...

This poem is not revised or edited i wrote it and i instantly typed it here. Basically i wrote it because i couldn't sleep. i hope you guys like it and if you have any tips or advice about writing ill be happy to accept it

This makes me too sad. I want to cry on my keyboard and for some reason it gives off a Romeo and Juliet feel at the first ball... So lovely and pure but sad. ;-;
