Anxiety

You follow me everywhere

DAY AND NIGHT.

When I wake up you're there,

telling me not to leave and

putting thoughts in my mind.

I try to get up but

you're holding to hard.

 

You're like a shadow

 following me all the time.

You're always creeping on me,

but you don’t understand

I DON’T WANT YOU HERE.

Just leave me alone!

You mess up my life!

You make me feel crazy

all days of my life.

And you act like a baby,

throwing tantrums unfailingly.

 

What can I do to make you disappear?

Please understand, I don’t want you here.

One day you will leave and you'll never comeback,

but until that day I will wait in disguise.
