Magick

Magick

A Poem by Justin Tobey
"

Just a few ideas about magick that I wanted to write down.

"

Magick.

Altering the universe,

it weaves thick spells

Of silver and gold

Across the world.

Tendrils of light

Swiftly flicker through

An endless sea of darkness

Leaving behind trails

For centuries to come.

Copper flames

Rise up around

The age-old cycle,

Ahead, blazing a path,

A window to the heavens.

Ancient mists

Surround all it touches,

Deepening their meaning,

Filling the void with complex tapestries

Of love and peace.
