Missin You

I sat on the bed staring at your picture

Wishing and hoping you were doing the same

I know that you're gone, that you've forgotten about me

But it's so hard to keep myself from missin you

 

Missin you's easy, I do it all the time

I'd give up the world just to have you back beside me

 

It seems so long ago that we were a couple

Holding hands, talking, enjoying one another

But now when I call, you won't answer the phone.

I just can't help but end up missin you

Everywhere I go, I see your smiling face

I remember the times we shared together

I find myself trapped in my own broken dreams

I find myself missin you, even though I don't want to

I've cried for far too long

I've shed just one too many tears

But I still just can't let go

Because I always find myself missin you

This is really good! The structure was perfect. Your poem flowed well. I loved the last line. It sort of left things off. I liked this poem a lot.
