A Poem by Josef

imaginations running wild

Imagine a world without hate
Imagine a world where you get to design your future
and not leave it to fate

Imagine a world where evil cannot prevail
Maybe you should think of reopening the veil
Imagine a world where love and kindness is everlasting
That's just your imagination running nasty

Imagine a life where everyone gives a damn
You should hide or maybe join them

Imagine a life without fear
Then your end might just be drawing near

Imagine a world free from anguish and dispair
*signs* how impossible
Like a shattered glass beyond repair

Imagine a world where we wouldn't have to struggle
Having anything at our beck with just a wiggle

Imagine a Cinderella story with a sad ending
Hey! Excuse me that's a Scarry tale

Imagine you were never born
Maybe the world would have been a better place
But here you are imagining things that'll never come
You must be consumed in your own abyss
