Love Easily Broken

Love Easily Broken

A Poem by Sky Writer
"

For the all the broken hearts out there.

"
I opened my eyes on a morning light
Trying to see if there's a pretty good sight
Still there's nothing but a sad plain room
And my heart's still waiting for a love to bloom

I sat back and leaned against the wall and thought;
"Why were we arguing? Why did we fought?"
I remembered when you hit the brakes too hard
Our lives were to end, like a folded poker card

It's a miracle that both of us are still breathing
You visited my room and said it'll be our last meeting
Right then you apologized and left so swiftly
What a way to say goodbye when I'm hurting so badly

I still yearn that one day you'll open the door
In this hospital room, you'll apologize once more
But I don't see how that's ever going to happen
Cause our love was easily made and was just easily broken

A most promising piece, I've re-read it a couple of times, and the flow is perfect and your use of language persuades, I would however try and leave complication alone for now, well done, good read.

Its a realistically written poem. Indeed love is easily made and easily broken.
I don't usually critisize but I noticed in your composition the line:
"Why did we fought?"
Here fought should not be used with 'did' as its a grammatical error. You could change the line into:
"Why we fought?"
Otherwise its a really good read and heart-felt. And please don't count this as critisism ☺
