Ahhh . . . The James Ellroy of poetry. I can deal with brevity, but in the case of haiky and senryu I prefer 5-7-5 syllable count. I like yours however.

Thanks. I think Japanese is much better suited to that syllabary count than English so I've generally avoided it.
