Waiting For The Sun

Waiting For The Sun

A Poem by Chance Sky
"

Another random poem I randomly concocted in class. I feel like I should have some deep meaning behind my poems to put here. Maybe I do subconsciously. But right now it was either this or chemistry. x)

"

Waiting for the sun to get up in the morning,

I know it's hard right now the rain keeps on pouring,

Light seems so far away in all these sorrows,

Bitter tears washing away wants for tomorrows.

Hold on to the wheel as it keeps on spinning,

I know it's hard right now the pain still winning,

Disaster always holds hands with despair my friend,

It doesn't have to end I have my heart to lend.

Hope beckons you from just around the corner,

I know darkness daunts you, don't delight it deeper,

Please rise with the sun in the morning my dear,

Light will always make the joys in the world clear.

About
Ahh I'm bad at these things, I find I always get off topic and ramble endlessly. So for your sake and to lessen my embarrassment I will try and keep this short and sweet. My name is Chance Sky, yes .. more..
