Enter The Dark

Enter The Dark

A Poem by Somewhere
"

Feelings stirred.

"

Do you know darkness?

Have you felt it?

What does it feel like?

Are you alone?

Your mother is gone

Enter the dark

Where is your brother?

I do not know, I can not find him

Where did he go?

I do not know, it is so dark

I can not see

Your mother is gone

Where could he be?

He is not with me!

Enter the dark

Is it cold?

No!

Is it hot?

No!

Can you feel it?

No!

What is it? This darkness you speak of

It is nothing, it is dark, and it is empty

It is nothing! I can not feel!

Enter the dark

You have no family

You have no home

For in the dark

You are all alone

good job on this one as well....love the last part, for in the dark you are all alone...this is true, but sometimes the solitude of the dark is exactly what we need

I Really like this poem :)

I find the darkness comforting there is nothing to fear but what I can imagine
And so much to see and enjoy once your eyes adjust to the ambient light.
It is very very rarely black dark
