I am especially enamored by your

never-ending commentary,

in-decisive visionary,

quite demeaning, cautionary

tales.

Of why this life is just so scary,

everything is momentary,

all I need to do is carry

you?

I'm sorry, but I'm legendary,

don't touch, I'm quite incendiary, 

I don't f**k with ordinaries, 

(freely). 

Author's Note

A work in process-- mostly about shouting down voices in my head, but also about a couple people I have met recently and am struggling to accept/really find them annoying and ignorant. Question; is it ok for me to let go of someone, even if I know it will hurt them, but all the time I spend with them leaves me feeling pissed, exhausted, and uncomfortable?

Raw but true. Keep it as is. People should be like fuel to our minds, give us more energy and endurance. Those who only take and drain us are not worth keeping. Let them find another body to suck energy from. Ordinary is something we can achieve without another person. A good write, especially for a "work in progress."
