Wandering

Wandering

A Poem by sparkly.ghost

I have a question, and it's one you can't answer.
...but I'm SO
f*****g TIRED
of this BULLSHIT.
I'm asking it anyways...
What do you do when you love a heart who doesn't reach for yours?
She is gorgeous, an imperfect relic, and she is
blind to the uniqueness of how I feel.
She tells me she loves me
(but not how I want)
She holds my hand, falls asleep on my shoulder, I
I don't KNOW what it means or am I
simply
losing
my mind?
It seems like it should be but it isn't.
Or maybe it isn't because it should be?

F**k this s**t, you know?
My heart is a wanderer and she has
caught my ventricles with all
365 days since she saw me.

Unrequited love, when the feelings aren't reciprocated. Words are cheap. Anyone can say I love you and not mean it. It sucks doesn't it? And you have expressed that well here.

About
Life is so mysterious and complex, yet I can't seem to give up on finding the answers to WHY. Through my writing, I guess, I'm able to let go of some of that uncertainty, and accept that everything is.. more..
