Vagabond//“Find Me On 64th”

Vagabond//“Find Me On 64th”

A Poem by Alexandra

You picked up where we left off
Invasive
Unsure
Lost
Ready to make life decisions
On drunken nights

Thinking of Brooklyn, NY
Where you found her on the ledge
But, couldn’t save her
Now you waste away
Trying to find residue of a lost love

Thinking of Manhattan, NY
Walking miles on a broken ankle
Just to get to you
I couldn’t save myself
Lingering in park benches and your home
Trying to find residue of who we used to be
