Another Direction

Another Direction

A Poem by DontBlink158

Walking down the street
opposite sides, another direction.
Do you notice me?
As my eyes linger on you,
laughing with all your friends.

Walking down the hall
opposite sides, another direction.
Will you come running?
When i call,
before my friends hurry me along.

Walking down the path of life
opposite sides, another direction.
How can we meet?
As our eyes lock one last time,
our busy lives never intersecting

It was seriously good. Yeah I know I haven't been on in a while. If I were you I would delete the our in the very last line and just make it "busy lives never intersecting", but that's just my thought. Loved it

I have felt like this before, and this piece perfectly captures the feelings. Brilliant job here.
