Spoken Word; Family Tree
You think I am the one who takes everything within,
As I am the moon, the stars and the sun
Yet those would be my daughters dear people,
Now let us climb to the top of the steeple
Look down below,
As we all seem to stow
In a closet so full,
Skeletons overflow and push out sharp as well as dull
Bones coming and going every which way,
Seems to make my day
Watching you squirm,
Just to sit and to learn
I am not the only one,
That harbors secrets of darkness,
So here's that bleeding kiss,
So much bliss
A martyr's hug as well,
Now welcome to the family of my living hell...........
Signed, Sealed and Delivered to you all,
I shall always take the fall
Quick and painful it will be,
Again my dear welcome to the stuffed inside the closet........no holds barred......skeletons that are smelling of death and decay........."we shall do it my way"........everything is not oh k.....be the one who shall not speak but only follow my orders and the lines I give you to say.........welcome my dear........welcome to the family tree.
NOW I shall cut you down and you'll NEVER be hanging in it anymore, BUT at least you'll know the score.
So perhaps you could be free one day to go fetch me those lemons so I can squeeze them in your eyes,
This way everyone elses indiscretions will go undiscriminated......ahhh, my family bleeds, where is that salt to pour in those fresh wounds??
It'll be alright as you'll never be able to put the monsters back under the bed and stop the bleed....yes welcome, WELCOME to the family tree....The fresh noose awaits thee.
