MEET ME AMID THE WORLD WHERE WE FOUND US

MEET ME AMID THE WORLD WHERE WE FOUND US

A Poem by KAREN
"

A love letter!

"
My Love,
Meet me where our eyes first met,
and sentimental words became our thoughts.
Everything was seen as sketches that designed the two of us.
In the sunlight glistening was our love.
An undeniable glow hushed two beating hearts.
We stood amid the world and found us.

Meet me where we first spoke,
and words disappeared in passing lyrics.
Colors ran into whispering hope.
Sounds were a prologue to our beginning,
an invitation to our inward desires.
We imagined our lives together.

Meet me where we heard our dreams.
The quiet of the night promised us forever.
A shower of sweet surrender brought us closer.
Memories unfolded their wings and flew,
and stories was woven into reality.
We let ourselves become soul mates.

Meet me where we first touched,
a mystery spiraling into a dance,
and silk fell like rain.
We held our faces toward the breeze and felt complete,
and tasted the brightness of our future.
We drifted softly to the twilight music.

My Love,
Meet me where we stood amid the world,
and found us.

Can't say I believe altogether in soulmates. Maybe once. But I see the light of that belief here beautifully described. Wonderful words.

Thank you!
I fear for your soul. So you are like the daughter I never knew I had until Jesus told me I had one who is very precious to me for she is the only daughter birthcontrol never slaughered. If it's alright with you I will allow you to be her in my memories. I never even thought she was real and never imagined her or you, and both of you are real. I just wish that one of you of becomes true to me, to Jesus, to anyone not in the fairytale called "Sin," where Satan is the main character and the rest all mere cameos mostly. I love you daughter. I with you would choose to live forever not just beauty for the wonder of it, though that is God.

You were not my answer to my prayers after all. Just a woman thinking she will go to heaven amid the beautiful flowers on a sludge pond crying because really she can only smell the pond and not the flowers she imagines have a lovely aroma or scent which they do if she is a Christian for she imagined it and wants it and God, Jesus Christ gives you everything you ever wanted in heaven even another life in a sludge pond pretending it to be paradise. What faith you must have though. I'm glad I met you. Good-bye.

Thank you so much!
My fav. lines:

"Meet me where our eyes first met,
and sentimental words became our thoughts.
Everything was seen as sketches that designed the two of us."

Like always, you`ve again depicted a very beautiful color of poetry in words holding the edge of "loves". It`s seemed like a fairy tale or may be, like an angelic dream (that`s yours) where you`ve wished upon to have everything you "had" once in a while and you walked alon` with winds. But, when one day.. few years later, such winds again got touched in your beautiful face, you reminded your old days starring at into the clouds of moons and wished to bring that all back what`s left behind ... around the grass of love-land. Excellent work! Very deep; strong and yeah ... a very magnificent piece of your art.

Thank you!
This poem gave me the urge to move and be on my way.
It made me want to go there. This poem is not the typical
poem on this subject. It gave me a unique warmth. The angle
of approach makes it very unique. Bravo!
