Time After Time

Time After Time

A Poem by KAREN
"

Where is time going?

"

Yesterdays time is past,

but todays present time

sweeps us by

 until we're in the

furture of tomorrow's time.

When death ends our life,

time is put to rest.

time is a tool...it is what we need to organize our life and grasp something while we are here in physical form....moments continue to past - it is creations like these that live in a timeless manner through another mind...

thank you for sharing

there is poignancy in brevity~ for me personally it feels like a meditative piece to peruse forward and backwards and straight through the middle~well crafted and very clever ~

In your poignant words, you sweep us across the river of time... its beginnings.. our moments.. and our end... We mustn't forget our time is borrowed, and you help us keep focused on this wisdom of the ages.

ahh it's true! time is far too fast for my liking - if we spend too long looking back we lose today and then it's all gone!! sad but realistic write! nice!
