Tossing lies as easily
As a parade politician
Flings children candy,
You thoroughly enjoy this sport,
It’s obvious to all.
Twisting gentle caring hearts
Into gates of cold wrought-iron
And shaping minds into cuffs,
You imprison what you cannot have.
Your greed and gluttony
For the feel of love freshly slain
Has angered one to the point
Where if I see you I will challenge.
One does not mess with she
Who holds my heart with all care.
Forget these attempts,
It’s a waste of energy.
I’ll break back in
To feed my demons,
They clamor for fresh claret
And this time I’ll not be the donor.
So much ochre sustenance
Will you give my mental pets
That by the time I’m done with you
They may be permanently sated.
