Our own design

A Poem by Kena SunGoddess Dawn
"
A free verse...
"

Our own design

I wonder what it would be like for us to be interwoven...

Such as the fabric in your shirt,

Where I study each detail,

Thanking the hands which thread each design,

And how lucky the shirt is

To cling to your body…

I want to unravel that shirt and

Wear my skin up against yours,

Feel how it is to be part of you,

Your daily wear,

You can wear me

Any day of the week.

Skin that gleams like chocolate,

Just unwrapped,

I want a taste.

I want to run my fingers down your

Warm surface, be part of you,

Let you in…

Let us create our own design,

By your skilled hands,

Which stitch me together

After being torn apart for so long.

I can only imagine…

While my eager fingers touch the

silky gown

which clings to my hourglass silhouette,

I feel so cold.

Because I would rather have you

Draping my body.

Interwoven,

Intertwined,

Our own design.

After touching the silky gown
That clings to my hourglass silouhette,

Draping my body,

Oh Kena you really ignite such seductive thoughts in my head with this tastefully provocative piece... those lines above are the magnificent centerpiece to this poem... you never cease to amaze me.
