Parents

A Poem by Ambrosia
"

I wrote this as a kid. It still applies.

"
Parents sit and tell you
about their childhood days.

Tell you about the life they lived,
through their mistakes and fame.

And when you go to do something,
they did it just the same.

So then why don't they understand,
instead of trying to fight
the way a child thinks and feels.
Because to him - he's right.
