We must grasp the things that we share in common to learn tolerance and peace for our differences knowing that beneath it all we each bleed and cry and laugh and love and hurt and long for the acceptance and appreciation of our brothers and sisters. People do share many things - including "Needs", flaws, and emotions. Few share a tolerance for differences - even when they SAY they do.
Poetry is seldom just a visual art form... its meant to be read aloud. By doing that we gain a sense of composition, rhythm and flow, where pauses NEED be to gain the most understanding of the content, and for clarity. I read EACH work aloud - three times BEFORE I think of a review or comment.
