Beauty in her!

Beauty in her!

A Poem by Sagar Waingankar

She looked like a blossom tree,
When I saw her in a wedding dress,
Remembered an angel whom I heard,
All my childhood in old fairy tales.

Her beauty repelled shine,
More like a glossy touch,
Temptations circling my mind,
To kiss her lovely perch.

I stared at her eyes,
Till I sore mine,
Searching foolish reasons,
Behind my crooked rhyme.

Just as I felt her,
I found her moving away,
Helter skelter,
With her mental array.

She was like an air,
Whom I could never grasp,
Mostly felt around me,
As her presence is quite vast.

Later I pulled, my thought quite long,
Soon as I felt, she proved me wrong,
Whether to call this one,
A haze or some foolish song!

People come and go. It is the budget on time and life. We must learn from each other and hope to meet again. The poem is beautiful. I like the beginning. The description create good vision and thoughts. I did like the ending. A bit of a twist to the poem. Thank you for the outstanding poetry.
