Dua' Ish'Ma'El

A Chapter by Templatecash

In the name of God, the beneficent, the merciful. Hear my, God!

Here my God! you know my sorrow.
Hear, my prayers God, dear God!
Forgive me, for how sad I become.
Forgive me, for I have not been content.
Forgive me, that I have cursed the day I am born.
Foolishness, That I would know your plans.
For, what am I, but flesh and bone.
You whom molded me in devine hands.
You my God!, are all wise and truly powerful.
Guide us, that we might please you.
                                         To serve you, without question.
Nor, regret, liken to the many, wonderous things.
Things of life, That you command.
To have mercy, for what is love without you.
But, bait set in a trap, intended to snare the unsuspecting.
For, mine are eyes open & ears to hear.
The voice, call me, to heed signs.
Steer clear of Evil, that I am to be,
                                           Amongst the counted upon.
