Dreaming away the pain of lost love

The space in bed next to me remains cold and vacant
Not too long ago, I could feel the warmth of your body
Your arms wrapped around me
Your legs crossed over with mine
Connected...
A new love turning into an old one...

But tonight, like recent nights before, you're not here
So sad about us
Apart and yet, I still want to feel you
I lie on my side of the bed and fall asleep thinking of what used to be
Lost in dreams...
