Sweet Memories

Just thinking about what might happen someday.

When memories come back
and enter your mind
you think of times
filled with sweet joy.

Like your first kiss
and your first fight
the day he proposed
in front of family.

When you were late
he smiled with joy
the day of birth
and of the graduation.

Your first grand child
retiring from your job
losing your loved one
and going into darkness.

Now your in bed
taking your last breath
remembering those sweet memories
as you fall asleep.

Makes me think back on times I really liked.....dont know what they are but Ill find them probably when Im laying down in bed....wait thats my panic time....ok when Im down at my dock. But still its like a reflection or a nice glass of wine.
