My Biggest Fear, I Have to SayA Poem byThis is a poem about any of your loved ones.
I do not fear spiders
For they are beautiful creatures No, not even high tides Can snatch my eyes too sheer No ghosts patronize my imagination I do not tremble at a cockroach infestation My arms do not tremble at the feel of a knife I'd rather be cut open and skinned from my life Because, what thought I avoid Includes you drifting The pain would be deafening Lips screaming with no noise My heart bouncing quickly I do not stir to the sound of guns They do not have the affect As if you were to leave me Crying tears of neglect I smirk at the sound of a snake's rattle Or even killer sharks Even if I had to go into battle It would not leave as big of marks But losing you Is another tale I would surely be doomed If I was left without your hand to share Whispers of death do not taunt me Brittle sounds in the dark, not even eerie Yet, if you ran away I would not be able to heal Because the joy you create Is what keeps me from losing motion Winding me up to Life's tears So yes, I may say this once more... I can only hope I never lose you Losing your sweetness I wouldn't ignore I want to forever be your muse.
