What Hate Does

i came up with this while i was really mad and half asleep in a car on my way to school bcuz it STANK LIKE FREAKING SH** in the car...again.

It tears hearts up

It eats away at your soul

It turns your heart black

It makes you stare into the darkness

It makes you loathe anyone and everyone

It hurts

It kills

It depresses

It murders

It rapes

Until you finally die

with a frown on your face.

I love the brutal honesty in this! I totaly agree that hate in the end consumes and leaves one dead. Maybe not really dead, but at least dead on the inside.

Um, wow. Hate is a strong word to toss around and it's only appropriate that other strong words be thrown in with it as well. The poem evokes a very strong feeling of negativity which only could be described as hate.
