The Yellow Brick Road

The Yellow Brick Road

A Story by theladyjai
"

I have been struggling with the purpose of my existence only to find I knew all along.

"

The road less traveled with shoes well worn

A heart that's broken, a Soul that's been reborn

A dream so liquid and vivid

Like a cool drink of water

You want to gulp not sip it

But the Spirit says don't live in it

Be It

But where do I start?

I am scared and all alone

This road is too dangerous, I want to go home!

But I've come too far to turn back now

I knew all along the What

It's the Gettin and the How

Believe in yourself

The biggest risk is not taking any

This sounds like the lyrics to a song. It has a melancholy tone that encourages movement.
