The ballade of death echoes a reverie of perfect content,

Tis the dangers of the sparrow's song.

Mirrors a blank slated future, reflecting the undeniable past.

It’s lyrics unearth hope,

Hope that has carried many to a perfect high, then crash landed into a beautiful mess.

Oh the irony of the sparrow’s song.

ah this is the shortest poem i've ever read. you manage to fit a lot in so few lines. normally i would say you should make it longer, but in this case i do think it needs it.
