i write to be happy

i write to be happy

A Poem by Ioana Georgiana

i write to be happy

i write to be free

i write for a better future

i do it

for me

the only time i am myself

is when i let loose

and that's when i write poetry

like an unbridled zeus

Ain't it the same for all writers......well done!

Words, language are all we have to describe our emotions, dreams and perhaps fears of or for the obscure. You should write for yourself.. because when it comes to feeling alive.. the voice sings out or fades..

Your words really do ring bells.. they beckon the listener, they lure the eyes.. but what matters is that you have taken centre stage. Perhaps?!

Exactly! I don't know if I could have put it better myself. I don't write for you, I don't write for critics, I don't write for grammar, or do it on queue. I just write for me because I like to write! So do you!

Poetry is the book of idioms and phrases of our heart, it speaks those things that our voice cannot speak. Many people find poetry as the best friend to be with them, and they find freedom in Poetry. Your poem tells us the same thing we all feel for poetry very deeply... Keep writing...
