You will never be

You will never be

A Poem by Sukriti Suki

You will never be free
the thoughts
the dreams
the what ifs
the why this
Will just never let you be
You will never be alive
the duties
the roles
the may I
the I should
Will always dictate your life
You will never be content
the wishes
the conditions
the road taken
the crossroad forgotten
Will always return in dreams.

You will never be alive
the duties
the roles
the may I
the I should
Will always dictate your life -- it reminds me of norms and ethics combined that sometimes i forget what do i live for?

Nice piece...I enjoyed it.. especially the last para.. rhyming gives strength to this type of piece....however every Poem doesn't need rhyming:)...i like the thought..
