rosebud

rosebud

A Poem by Mauricio Montoya

Rosebud

We’ve arrive to the kingdom my queen,

Princess heir to the valley of flowers.

That never wilt when the sun shine bright

Rosebud may the mist rise

And the dew touch the petals

Of those flowers that nourish the soul

Lovely visuals.

The briefness adds to the quality of your poem. The less we write, the more space we leave for imagination and sweetness.

Thank you for sharing. Keep writing!
