My Love for HerA Poem by Mauricio Montoyami linda amorMy Love for Her My emotions for you are strong, I’m drawn. Propelled without sight, Love is blind, A loss for words fills my mind. All I can think is of you. I wish, I pray, I yearn. But I’m not sure. If I can sustain the void, If only part of you Then maybe, My heart would fill with joy. A casual conversation, With the exchange of smiles, A laugh, I cry Just to have your the presence Of your inner beauty I’m buried I can’t lie, Overwhelmed With a desire some call love. But my delema Is You so near, Yet afar Always full of life, But, I will wait with all my might, For now ,until that day When you’re ready With all my earnest strength, I will say I love you.
