You Run

You Run

A Poem by Ichthus Reality

You Are Beautiful

"

You Run

Tim Holt

You run,

Fields of flowers acting,

Morning dew catching the hems of your dress,

Diamonds each in their own.

You run,

Life truly yours,

Memories clinging to you, falling away;

You awaken to true life.

You run,

Sunlight radiating upon your features,

Arms outstretched to each horizon,

Daring them to catch you.

You run,

Joy truly yours,

Pain falling away, fear, death, sadness,

As you awaken to true life.

You run,

Wind running its cool fingers through hair,

Vibrant blue emitting from your eyes,

Full of wonder, hope, truth.

You run,

Hope truly yours,

Darkness falls to earth,

To the world you have left behind.

You run, your feet lift from the surface,

Mind free, heart free, soul free,

To embrace one love, one soul, one heart,

Incense raises to the heavens,

Your heart turns to flame,

The gates open, your dress falls to earth,

Part of the forgotten world along with much else.

You are beautiful, you are undone, you are

Alive.

You run,

Miles of cloud file beneath,

Your arms outstretched towards the horizons,

Daring them to catch you.
