Decived Life

Decived Life

A Poem by Mystery Wanderer

I’m trapped in a room,

With

Walls

Of

White.

Or so they seem,

 I’ve been trapped from the outside world so long; everything seems to be the same colors;

White

Black

Grey.
I’m trapped in a routine,

Wake up,

Drag myself through the day,

Fall asleep.

I’m trapped,

Trapped in this thing called life.

Really glad I read this. I can really relate to the feeling of being trapped and lost for all hope. I sometimes feel like I'm trapped in my own body and just trying in vain to break free. I really loved how you placed the words into separate lines. I don't know if you have a specific reason or you were just trying to make it seem long. But it did contribute to the poem's visual appearance. Great job. Stay Inspied.

The separate lines add more emphasis when read. By doing this, it allowed me to emphasis the details.. read more
