I Can Be Your Queen

I Can Be Your Queen

A Poem by Tori Adams

I don't want a castle.

I don't want  crown.

I don't want a stage coach,

or an expensive evening gown.

I am not a princess.

I am not a queen.

You are not a prince,

and you are not a king.

None of those things mean much,

When there is only one thing that I want.

I simply want to give you my heart,

It is all that I have got.

So please,

Will you accept this?

I beg of you my love,

Just hold me for forever,

And love me for eternity.

That is so beautiful and passionate! I absolutely *love* it. Very well written, and obviously emotional. Good job!
